Network LTD specialises in both IT and Software Development, they offer business-level IT support, complete IT system management, bespoke software and website development. They operate in and around Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry and surrounding areas.

Experienced with apprentices Network LTD are now looking for a passionate candidate to join their helpdesk team. As the apprentice, you will be working between the business' head office and secondary office.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• 1st line support
• Handle customer queries and issues.
• Respond to IT tickets
• Dealing with hardware/ software issues
• Looking further into networking, servers, routers and architecture

Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Network Ltd.

Desired qualities, skills & knowledge:-

• Passionate about technology
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge and understanding of hardware & software - beneficial
• Confident personality
• Keen to progress further career-wise
• GCSE Math's Grade 4 or Level 2 Functional skills

Salary, Hours & Benefits:-

• Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• £8,775 Per annum
• 20 Days holidays + bank holidays
• Additional holidays added once certain milestones are hit within the business
