Trainee Mortgage Consultant Sale, Cheshire £21k (p.a)

Based in Sale, my client a leading company within financial services are currently looking for a candidate with extensive customer service experience who is looking to take their step into the mortgage sector.

Working as part of a vibrant and busy team you will be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about the products and services of the business. Relationship and account management is a key aspect of this role therefore you must enjoy building relationships. Throughout the role you will gain experience/knowledge of Mortgages, GI, Compliance and Protection in order to handle objections, handle objections, answer queries and maximise sales opportunities (purely upselling and cross-selling).

Previous customer experience is an absolute must with experience working in some form of financial services sector being highly desirable. With this being an entry role, the client is offering Study Support for CeMap qualifications.

As well as study support the client also offers a highly competitive salary which will be reviewed at 6 and 12 months as well at the point of the CeMap completion (if within 18months). The client also offers further study development if wanted. The company is also located in the heart of Sale with excellent transport links.
