eCommerce Consultant - Junior/Mid Level - Watford - Permanent

Junior to Mid-Level eCommerce Consultant required to join our Business Services Consultancy team on a permanent basis.

The role of the Business Services Consultancy team is to provide experience, guidance and solutions to our Clients and potential Clients.

This role will act as the support function for our team of Consultants enabling them to deliver best in class Commerce consultancy, conducting research, collating information and producing presentations alongside addressing particular Client requests ranging from strategy, to organisational structure.

Via this support function, the candidate will learn the ropes of what it takes to become a respected and value-adding consultant, as well a quickly getting up to speed with the Commerce landscape.

Dependent on the learning curve, small-scale consultancy engagements may also become the remit of the Consultancy Graduate.

  • Support the team of Consultants with key projects and requests as required.
  • Conduct research into topics, industries, and Clients to ensure that consultancy engagements have access to the right information and statistics when required.
  • Aid the Global Head of Business Services in collating and generating the monthly report on Consultancy and Innovation team output.
  • Manage the Consultancy team shared drive to ensure that previous work is effectively organised and easily retrievable.
  • Work on specific Client projects as and when required.
  • Learn the art of consultancy through the shadowing and support of the consultancy team.
  • Identify opportunities for consultancy and innovation through the building of effective relationships throughout the Wunderman Thompson Commerce network.
  • Aid in the creation and collation of key marketing collateral for the consultancy and innovation team.
  • Occasionally writing and producing thought pieces on key Commerce topics.

  • A people person happy to present to a room of senior level executives.
  • Will do anything to learn the ropes and do a great job.
  • Excellent attention to detail
