Qualifications EducationTraining (both required and desired) High School diploma or equivalent required Associate's Degree in management or technicalscientific discipline desired Experience 2+ years of professional experience in the required task area required On the job training in Aerospace Assembly desired Security Must be a Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required Expertise and Functions Identification of tooling, jigfixture requirements and support Deburr holes and edges Mix sealantsadhesives and apply per customer specifications Ability to interpret military specifications, FAA regulations and readunderstand aircraft drawingsblueprints Working knowledge of installationremoval of solid rivets, blind rivets, rivet nuts and specialty fasteners Ability to work within specified tolerances, drilling holes and reaming holes to final size Knowledge of in-process inspection procedures, inspection of partsassemblies to meet military specifications Must be able to communicate with Engineers, Production Personnel, and Supervisor with assembly problems Must be able to apply basic math skills, troubleshoot problems, communicate effectively, accept accountability and stay focused Must be able to integrate into a team and receiveprovide constructive criticism to promote the success of the team. Maintain a clean and organized work cell applying 6S standards.
