Junior SQL Server Developer - Hedgefund

My Client, a very successful Hedgefund, are looking for a talented Junior Developer to work within the data team, responsible for developing the enterprise warehouse strategy and maintaining financial databases.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop the enterprise data warehouse strategy.
• Design, modify and test ETL using SSIS and SSRS.
• Ensure good working order of all data feeds processes.
• Produce performance & risk reports using Microsoft SSRS.

Therefore the ideal candidate will be able to translate financial requests from both internal and external clients into automated technical solutions utilising their interpersonal skills in an extremely fast paced environment.

This is an amazing opportunity to work for a Hedgefund without requiring prior Financial Services experience.

The following is required:

• Good experience with SQL Server version 2012+
• T-SQL: querying, views, stored procedures and windowing functions

The following is desirable:

• SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
• Optimization, Execution plans, Indexing
• Graduate with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent
• BIML

Salary: Up to £35,000 + excellent bonus + package
