Junior Urban Designer Southampton, Hampshire £16k (p.a)

A Trainee/Junior Urban Designer is required for an architectural practice based on the outskirts of Southampton. This a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career with a well-liked architectural practice in the region.

This practice has two offices across the UK and is looking to strengthen its Urban Design team. Projects wise they work on anything from residential, care homes, retirement villages, master planning, and urban design.

As the Junior/Trainee Urban Designer the role will involve: -

• Carry out preparation of conceptual urban design
• Carry out planning work
• Produce feasibility studies
• Produce master plan's and development briefs

For this position, you will be reporting to the Senior Urban Designer and work with them closely on live projects. The practice can offer you regular support and mentoring and believe in progressing from within.
