Your Story We’re looking for a Land and Planning Graduate to join our team in the North West region, based in our Chorley office, starting from September 2022. This role will involve supporting the Land and Planning team to identify and secure sufficient land to service the business plan and to achieve the planning requirements of all regional projects. Throughout your expected training period of 18 months, you will be based within the Land and Planning team and will be provided with a clear development plan to enable you to progress within the Land and Planning department. This is not a multi department placement position however you will work closely with other departments to gain a wider understanding of the build life cycle. We are looking for someone who is newly qualified, has a natural commercial acumen, is self-driven and organised, and can easily build relationships and work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This is a full-time permanent position starting from September 2022.
