Statistician/SAS Programmer (Entry with MS in Stats okay) Cincinnati, Ohio

Job Description:


* MS in Statistics

* Experience with multiple statistical techniques including: Statistical Analysis, Data Mining, Model Selection, Model Validation, Generalized Linear Models, Monte Carlo Simulation
* Strong SAS programming is required. Illustration of ability to learn multiple programming languages a plus.
* Familiarity with SAS language, graphical and other procedures and options (e.g. Macro language, BASE SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS/GRAPH) or R a plus.
* Good interpersonal communication skills
* Good attention to details and ability to work on multiple projects effectively

The Statistician/Statistical programmer analyst will closely collaborate with project statisticians in the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical and non-clinical studies.

-Provide statistical programming support for clinical and non-clinical statistical research, working alongside a MS or PhD ---Statistician responsible for the statistical methodology.
-Ability to manipulate data efficiently to enable statistical analysis and programming
-Ability to program report ready tables and graphs

-Hiring Managers prefers candidates with Bayesian training and/or summer internship in industry.


Notes: **New Graduates ok if they can show demonstrations of the multiple statistical techniques listed above and also any projects they may have had. Also, if they are selected to go forward, they will have to take an assessment test, and then followed by a conversation.

They will be working with one lead who covers many project areas.
