We currently have a Technical Sales Trainee position open for a talented individual who wants to be part of this dynamic industry. Until a territory is identified, the successful candidate will be located in Boise, ID.

Technical Sales Trainee

Technical Sales Trainees are trained and hone their skills in preparation of for their future territory as a Technical Sales Representative. Technical Sales Representatives are the key players on a sales team anchored in both integrity and enthusiasm. You will make long-lasting relationships in the local construction community as you develop opportunities for RedBuilt™ to play an integral role in projects over the entire construction cycle:

• Specifying the most efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers
• Developing and presenting structural framing concepts
• Reviewing design documents
• Problem-solving with the design and construction communities
• Preparing estimates
• Negotiating a valued and profitable framing system

As knowledgeable advisors, our Technical Sales Representatives are highly regarded and respected by our customers. They are passionate about the construction industry and have a knack for designing structural systems-something valued by specifiers, contractors and building owners alike. Our Technical Sales Representatives are excellent communicators and can accurately convey building concepts and ideas. They love challenges and hate to lose!

Technical Sales Representatives are creative thinkers with strong problem-solving skills who go to great lengths to take care of our customers. They consistently utilize all available tools and technologies at their disposal. They are simultaneously self-motivated and team-oriented. Many have degrees in fields such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
