Trainee Compounder Wellingborough, Northamptonshire £18k (p.a)
We are currently recruiting for Trainee and Experienced Compounders for a client of ours that develop, manufacture and market an extensive variety of flavours and ingredients catered to customers in a range of industries: food, beverage, flavour, fragrance, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food additive, and cosmetic.
Main Duties
- To mix compounds in accordance with production formulations and quality procedures
- To clearly and concisely record compound details
- To change stock locations on the computer when moving materials
- To generally assist in the day to day running of the department
- To work within accepted Company Health & Safety guidelines
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the Organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation
If you do not have direct experience in this area then we look for candidates who are eager, willing to learn and that have some sort of experience in measuring. You must had a keen attention to detail as accuracy is imperative in this role.
The hours of employment are as follows:
Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm. One 15 minute tea break in the morning, 1 hour for lunch and one 15 minute tea break in the afternoon.
Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm one 15 minute tea break in the morning and 30 minutes for lunch break.
20 days holiday + bank holiday
