Trainee Finance Administrator Bracknell, Berkshire £18k - £18k (p.a)
Our client is a leading IT distribution company who are seeking a Trainee Finance Administrator to join their Bracknell office.
The role
- Processing accounting documents into Navision
- Reconciling supplier monthly statements
- Controlling credit control function
- Produce required reports
- RMA process (returns)
- System management
- Responding to telephone calls
- Managing queries via email/telephone
- Provision of support to the finance team
- All other tasks requested by the finance Director and finance supervision
Key performance indicators:
- Telephone answering
- Accurate input of data into Navision
- To provide all reports when asked
- To maintain a professional manner at all times
- Good attendance and time keeping and adherence to company procedures
The person
Education:
- Educated to GCSE A-C standard including English and Maths
- Business admin qualification or equivalent and/or working towards AAT foundation
Experience:
- In administration duties within an organisation.
- Experience of working within a team and within a customer service facing environment.
