Trainee Finance Administrator Bracknell, Berkshire £18k - £18k (p.a)

Our client is a leading IT distribution company who are seeking a Trainee Finance Administrator to join their Bracknell office.

The role

  • Processing accounting documents into Navision
  • Reconciling supplier monthly statements
  • Controlling credit control function
  • Produce required reports
  • RMA process (returns)
  • System management
  • Responding to telephone calls
  • Managing queries via email/telephone
  • Provision of support to the finance team
  • All other tasks requested by the finance Director and finance supervision

Key performance indicators:

  • Telephone answering
  • Accurate input of data into Navision
  • To provide all reports when asked
  • To maintain a professional manner at all times
  • Good attendance and time keeping and adherence to company procedures

The person

Education:

  • Educated to GCSE A-C standard including English and Maths
  • Business admin qualification or equivalent and/or working towards AAT foundation

Experience:

  • In administration duties within an organisation.
  • Experience of working within a team and within a customer service facing environment.
