Trainee Installation / Fitter / Service Engineer

This will be from the very basics to the more complex tasks associated with installation and ducting. This will be a customer facing role which will require you to utilise your customer service and communication skills to portray an excellent company image. This will be assisting with project engineering activities for the company.
Key Experience/Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to follow procedures/ method statements and where possible, suggest improvements
- Responsible and organised
- Able to communicate politely but effectively with the customer in matters regarding Health & Safety and site/project work
- Able to understand technical drawings and duct layouts would be desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- With assistance, carry out installation of industrial ventilation and extraction systems
- Carry out servicing and maintenance of dust/fume (LEV) and pollution control systems
- Carry out installation of filters
- Organise and maintain the workshop and vans
- With training, be able to make assessments of the job/project risks in conjunction with the method statement
