Trainee Installations Engineer Stoke Prior, Worcestershire £10 (p.a)
Bromsgrove based, well-established manufacturing organisation, requires Trainee Commissioning Engineers (Level 1) to join their busy team carrying out installations, factory and onsite commissioning and repairs. UK and International travel is an integral part of the role and successful candidates will be expected to be prepared for regular absences from home.
Responsibilities:
* Investigate, diagnose and repair faults
* Perform all works in a safe manner in line with the company H&S manual
* Keep the Projects team informed of works schedule to maintain customer satisfaction
* Ensure spare parts are accounted for and reported to the service manager
* Submit detailed reports and all other appropriate paperwork in a timely manner
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of work carried out to enable traceability
* Ensure client is informed of works carried out at their premises and effective flow of information with clients and other team members
* Support the on call system as Call Out Engineer
Trainee Commissioning Engineers (Level 1) will require:
* Basic knowledge and ability to complete mechanical, plumbing and electrical tasks
* Ability to read, understand and follow drawings and schematics
* Valid Passport
* Driving Licence
Pay Rate: £9.50 per hour with attractive overtime rates
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (requirement to work beyond these hours including overnight stays and travel within and outside of the UK)
