The Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:

• Identifying, qualifying and approaching passive candidates through numerous methods
• Once you have achieved your goals in becoming an exceptional delivery consultant, you will be moulded to become a high achieving 360 recruiter where you'll win new business/ developing existing relationships and guide candidates through the entire process.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Self-managing daily tasks to make sure that you will be as successful as possible

What we are looking for:

• 6th form leaver with a track record of achieving A* - C grades (or college equivalent)
• Excellent telephone manner and be happy making outbound sales calls to create lasting relationships within the industry.
• Professional, fast-paced, driven and ambitious
• Mature, honest and a passion to succeed
• Computer literate
• Commutable to Beckenham
