Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Healthcare Doncaster, Yorkshire

We are currently recruiting a full time care resourcer / trainee consultant to assist the Coordinating team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team and further your career in the Care sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for resourcing potential candidates to join our very busy team of "bank staff", this will include checking their right to work information, training and DBS information. Once fully compliant, you will then be booking interviews.

·Assisting Head of Care and Senior consultant with day to day co-ordination allocating calls to care workers, taking into consideration Clients needs and preferences for gender and compatibility.

·Informing care workers of any amendments to their schedules as they occur with careful clarification.

·To provide care workers with full briefings about Clients needs and any other information that is required to deliver a good service. Providing updates as Clients needs change.

·Ensuring accurate records are maintained on internal systems

·Undertaking on call duties, as part of an agreed pre planned rota in order to provide an effective out of hours on-call service.
