Trainee Water Technician - Nights Team Oxford, Oxfordshire £20k - £21k (p.a)
An exciting new opportunity has opened at the UK's biggest Engineering Sub-Contractors to work on Thames Water projects. We are looking to bring on young and eager professionals keen on a career in the water industry into our training on the job opportunity.
We are seeking young professionals based around the Oxfordshire area looking to take their first steps towards a new career into the water industry.
Key skills and attributes:
Full UK driving licence
Live local to the Oxfordshire area
Keen on learning a new trade and progression within a company
Not afraid of outside, hands-on work
Benefits:
You will be provided with a company van, petrol card and full uniform
Full one to one training provided by senior technicians and performance managers.
Gain vital certifications in the water and utilities industry such as EUSR national water hygiene cert and NRSWA.
Option to work overtime hours.
Full training on how to detect leaks within the Thames Water networks and a breakdown on using specialist leak detection equipment.
