machine operator for a window company in Leeds. I'm very flexible within the company and i am able to operate and help program machines, load and quality control products too. Our firm make aluminium doors and conservatories. For this job I need a great eye for detail ,have good maths skills for the measurements be good at problem solving and also good at the assembly side of it and have good self awareness skills. This is a job I enjoy doing but feel I cannot push myself any further up the career ladder.

My role was to run and operate cnc schirmer (beckhoff control) machine for a window company in Leeds. I was flexible within the company and I was able to operate and help program machines, load and quality control products too. The job involves odd bit of editing & programming of the machines which needing numeric skills and knowing different measurements, and to ensure all tools and machine parts are correct e.g drills, millers, routers, sensors ,saws, which needed to be working throughout operation and to ensure the quality of the upvc profile loaded and unloaded at the other end. I also ensured all is correct to paper work and to quality standards ,so a good eye for detail is needed. i am very flexible with the tasks that are required in this job and i am a good learner and i am not afraid of hard work i will give any task 110 per cent. and can also use other machinery within the company reinforcing machines, upvc welders several types which are butt welder 2,3,4,8 headed welders quad welders as well as been able to operate mitre saws and with the will to learn more

From leaving school I started out working for compass road side restaurant (burger king) I worked there doing general duties cleaning cooking serving etc and worked my way up to service supervisor I also went on extra- courses which led me to become a- shift manager which meant that I had to deliver excellent customer service and customer management at all times . I also had to serve and present beverages, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards at all times.Assist in keeping the restaurant, front-of-house and toilets clean and tidy, at all times Keep up to date with all the necessary paper work.
