2007- 2010 Customer Service Assistant Midlands Co-operative 2011-Date Working within a busy Co-operative store part time whilst studying, my responsibilities include Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving any issues Ensuring stock rotation was carried out and disposing of out of date stock as appropriate Assisting with staff training Working on tills and kiosk, ensuring items are processed quickly, effectively and taking payment. Working within the in store bakery, operating within health and safety guidelines Ensuring the store is clean and tidy Skills developed : I can provide a high level of customer service and I am confident dealing with customers, I also enjoy building relationships with customers. I have a natural ability to work within a team and this has been enhanced whilst working within the store. I have also developed leadership skills through assisting with staff training and guiding colleagues through processes.
