I also resolved customer complaints by listening attentively and identifying solutions to retain their loyalty. I ordered goods using a computerized system to replenish stocks. In addition I processed sales transactions accurately at the till. I retrieved items from the stock room. I observed health and safety standards across the store by keeping the aisles free from hazards. I ensured shopping trolleys were available for customers use. I liaised with external suppliers to ensure effective flow of stock information. I provided training to new employees to ensure a high level of customer service. I also maintained displays and stock within the shop. I demonstrated my flexibility by covering breaks in various areas of the supermarket.
