Supporting People Programme I was consulted to conduct research in Supporting peoples Programme, investigating housing and other related needs by consulting relatively vulnerable groups people with learning difficulties, the homeless, the elderly, people at risk of domestic violence, people with mental health problems, ex offenders and people with drug and alcohol problems within the Bedfordshire region. This project was undertaken in collaboration with the Department of Applied and Social studies in the University of Bedfordshire and funded by Luton Borough Council and the Bedfordshire County Council. This consultancy exercise is now complete and submitted to the office of the Deputy Prime Minister.

June 1999-Sept 1999 : Psychiatric Clinic of University Hospital of Ioannina, Greece I worked in this short term post as a trainee clinical/health psychologist assistant. I was a member of a team of psychologists and my main responsibilities included psychological assessment, group activities and one to one consultations with inpatients and outpatients. Patients with eating disorders, such as Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia were also assessed by the psychological team, under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist, in the same Psychiatric Clinic. I left this post to do my masters degree in Health Psychology in the UK.
