• To lead the PMO Team and assure/govern the delivery of an $80M global next generation network programme that connects over 200,000 people and 850 sites to Data Centres, Data Rooms and Core locations. This included the provisioning and migration to new GWAN circuits, Cisco routers and WOC’s, via two global providers AT&T and Orange.

• Accountable for the successfully execution and delivery of a complex programme of some 50 OSS projects that has supported O2’s 4G (LTE) launch. This took some 18 months to deliver and used on/offshore resource based in multiple locations and multiple suppliers. Developed new fast track processes that adopted a more agile approach to project delivery.
