Project: NEW DOHA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (CP -95&96)Responsible for monitoring and checking site installations performed by subcontractors to ensure its adherence to the drawings and specificationsPerform the tasks of maintaining drawing registers, drawing files as well as site filing systemWorking along with the main contractors for monitoring and advising the sub-contractors on the implementation of the Fire Alarm , Building Management Systems, Public address system, Access control system Monitoring the daily progress of the installation, testing and commissioning of the Fire Alarm and BMS System and submitting daily reports to the construction manager. Regular coordination with all the sub-contractors to fasten the completion of the project. Advising the sub-contractors and solving any queries and difficulties faced by them. Checking physical installation asper DWG. Supervising the Fluke test and verifying the test report for all telephone and data outlets. Checking cable termination and Ferruling, labeling. Testing and commissioning of FAS installations such as FACP, FSCP, Smoke Detectors, Heat detectors, Duct detectors, Horns and Strobes etc... Testing and commissioning of PAS installations such as Line Array Loudspeaker, Projector Speaker, and High Ceiling Speaker etc... Installation of telephone, data system, public address system. To inspect and supervise the work at site. Co-ordination with the client, Architect, the various requirements and modify the design to match the same.
