About Me
I have completed the Undergraduate Course in Media, Film and Popular Culture in UCLAN, and the Postgraduate course in Scriptwriting for one year, where I wrote various scripts through practising with different mediums like film, television, video games and radio. I am writing to enquire whether you have any work opportunities, including entry-level jobs for me as a recent graduate with my qualification. Please find my enclosed CV about my up-to-date experience and skills for your information. My skills comes from: preparation for the scripting and filming through the research of films from older eras and movements, that prove to be influential in my way of work. Therefore, this makes me aware of modern, and older techniques in filming, as I am also interested in the cinema of different decades from e.g. Eastern European Cinema and American cinema. I am highly interested in the camerawork, its movement - through various techniques such as zooming or tilting, panning and the incorporation of energetic and interesting visceral shots to make for an effective visual storytelling. I could apply them in my writing, filming, camera assisting, in order to boost my potential. Therefore I am very much willing to co-operate with a film crew in the matters of the script, the camerawork, settings, as I have been doing this whilst in education, when I was furthering my performance, in the college and in university.I am determined to offer my insight, awareness and involvement within the work with the film production crew, as I have had the experience and the knowledge into the basis of the different types of shots, or scenes within a script. I try to combine writing for script in my free time with various types of writing - including scripts. I also like to read and understand more about the history of film and its genres to understand different kind of techniques, approaches in terms of camerawork for a better understanding of the industry of film.I have been involved in creating a short film whilst for a project in the Undergraduate course at my university in UCLAN, where I produced with three fellow students, who decided to play for me in the script - had managed to create teamwork and forwarded writing skills, combined them with camera directing and movement. The teamwork focused on how to create certain angles, how to act out certain bits of dialogue and was committed in terms of cinematography and directing. My interests include: media, film and history. I am highly interested in film skills and discussions with others on internet forums, engaged in knowledge about the media industries.
I am eligible to live and work in United Kingdom
