June 2004 To TILL BT Business Corporate, Account Manager Account Manager servicing 10 high level accounts within our base. Responsibility for £7.5 million revenue line including new wave IP technology, outsourcing and core revenue. This has involved managing a team of specialists linked with an unrelenting drive to improve customer satisfaction strategic growth and propositions that add clear and defined business value. Account development planning and forecasting are integral to this role, as is understanding revenue and margin. Achievements include : Implementation of a £1 Million contract for a large property developer that encompassed Hosting, Global MPLS, Service Desk and managed billing thus streamlining their ICT processes and increasing value to their own internal customers. Development of a relationship which led to the provision of a Data Infrastructure for a large insurance company displacing a competitor and providing £500 ,000 of new revenue. Retention of services with a Charity and Public Sector organisation this included 2000 Mobiles and £700 ,000 of Landline and Calls business despite tough competition.
