Responsible for LATAM Region Headcount: 18000 Revenue: USD 1 BillionAs Human Resources Leader, I developed my career in this Organization inspiring people to progress around the LATAM region.As partner directly with the Latin America Leaders in DHL organization, supported all functional areas, operations, commercial & sales, business strategy, support and services, lead business startup in Brazil, Chile and Argentina. Direct accountability for all areas of HR, including organizational capability, talent acquisition, change management, leadership development and coaching, compensation & benefits, labor relations, performance management, career development, labor legislation, Union negotiation, social responsibility, wellness and HR process delivery. Primary Responsibilities across Region:
• I developed partner with functional leaders to develop business and organizational strategies; leverage knowledge of the business strategy in helping create high performance teams.
• I actively participate in the leadership of organizational change initiatives and provide strong guidance in effective change management process.
