About Me
I completed a first class Master’s degree in Political Science at the University of Montreal in 2012. I am seeking an opportunity to further my professional career in Public Affairs and add UK experience to my resume. I have a demonstrated ability to implement public relations programs gained through practical experience at the Centre de Placement Spécialisé du Portage in Canada. This has included writing approved media releases as well as liaison with national and provincial MPs and local media outlets. I have achieved national press coverage for the launching of their new initiative to reduce youth criminality. I have great organisational skills, which are supported by my past experience at Shore Capital where I was in charge of the professional and personal diary of one of the Manage Directors. I also organised two corporate wine tasting events in London while working at Shore Capital, and a few international events organised for the vineyard Domaine Vintur (owned by the Managing Director) in 2013-2014. I also have well-developed written communications skills in both French and English, demonstrated through my previous internship as a Junior Policy Officer at the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, where I produced on a daily basis policy briefings for the members of the delegation. My customer-focused approach to work as well as my eagerness to develop great working relationships with clients and colleagues have awarded me the chance to act as Program Officer in my current role at the High-Commission of Canada in the UK. I have excellent references and would be delighted to discuss any possible vacancy which could further my career on Public Affairs and Public Relations
