JANUARY 2006 to Till to PRESENT Company : National Commercial Bank of Albania Function : I follow the drafting of loan agreements, legal opinions on the possibility of credit. In addition to these functions, in relation to enforcement, I make the application to the court, to judicial officer in relation to the execution of the credit contracts and I represented the Bank in some cases in the court and the appeals court in Tirana where I won. I am following one case near High Court. While I have won one case near High Court.
