 To operate and monitor SIEMENS VAI-EAF equipment during the melting, refining and working of the heat to support the achievement of the production plan through the timely production of confirming finished product or work in progress under instruction of supervisor.n Ensure all operating, safety, environment and quality procedures are followed in order to ensure the highest standard of operation and to support the achievement of continuous uninterrupted utility supply.n Take QC samples of work in progress/finished product and transfer them promptly to the QC testing facilities in order to ensure that QC procedures are followed and the production of confirming work in progress/finished product is achieved.n Carry out routine inspection, adjustment, checking of equipment and Identify and report immediately any problem discrepancy or abnormality in equipment or process, to allow appropriate, prompt corrective action to be taken to ensure that any risk to personnel, plant or process operation is minimized.n Communicate clearly with operators on the next shift about current plant/equipment operation and conditions to ensure that the shift is handed over with full and clear information.n Take and record readings of running equipments and daily operating conditions, perform standard data analysis if appropriate and record all data in specified log sheets according to set operating procedures.n Innovating new methods or systems for improving work tasks & proactively sharing it with team members & others.
