Key responsibilities: Management of all T&D, Communication area, Culture/ Engagement initiatives - Responsible for managing the talent process in the LATAM region, including performance and potential evaluation, succession planning’s, calibration meetings, career and development discussions;- Development and implementation of the Leadership Academy and Functional Academies (Finances, Sales, Marketing and Supply)- Responsible for developing and conducting change management initiatives, through communication, trainings, project management, alignment with key stakeholders and promoting the engagement of teams;- Responsible for culture and engagement, managing all related initiatives such as training, surveys, communication and etc;- Management of all development actions linked to 70/20/10 methodology, such as Mentoring program, coaching, job rotations and so on;- Responsible for managing all internal / external communication process, including the digital strategy focusing on branding and EVP, events, internal newsletter, intranet/ internet, etc.

- Responsible for suporting the marketing, R&D and Regulatory Affairs area by providing solutions to managers (C&B analysis, training & development, coaching, etc).- Responsible for Corporative programs focusing on the leadership level, such as Coaching, Mentoring, Leadership training academy, etc. - Also in charge of providing guidelines and supporting all organizational development process for RB Brazil (performance evaluation, talent identification, succession planning and people management in general).
