The Job Centre put me on a scheme to known as The New Enterprise Allowance. Which helped me with my business plan and supported me with a Mentor whom I was seeing once week for Eight weeks. I build my team and organisation structure within a month after completing the scheme. Worked voluntary with my team to build a track record. I organised training programs for team members Worked in Partnership with Newham Afro- Caribbean Resource Centre to create and deliver a program for gun and knife crime in Newham, which was sponsored by the Home Office.
