Post involved reception work telephone enquiries handling room bookings entering data mail handling ordering provisions/stationery franking post etc. 2004 Brun House, Burnley Administrative Assistant - I worked for the DWP in the Income Support Section. This position involved filing and file management mail handling/mailshots retrieving lost documents faxing and photocopying etc. 2003 Fresh Fields Enterprises, Burnley Office Assistant -This job covered writing letters/documents mail handling writing the organisations newsletter working on their website creating promotional materials and taking a mentoring rôle with a young man with Downs Syndrome. 2000 Express Gifts, Clayton-Le-Moors Clerical Assistant - I worked for several months in the Invoice Handling Section in the run-up to Christmas. This position required separating and sorting orders correcting or finding badly written and incorrect orders in a very busy working environment.

My duties included : assisting, supporting and motivating the student discussing the students progress with the lecturer and keeping records of the students progress.
