Some of the duties I have carried out are : Posting mail Inland and International destinations checking with customers whether it is or is not a Dangerous Good and if it is follow rules and regulations set by Royal Mail/Parcel Force as well as prompting the customer Explain the difference between the different type of Postage Service available and what they should expect from the services they have chosen to take.
