In the past two years at davidlipsonphotography I have found it to be a vital learning curve of my working life, with many things to take away from it. Being shop manager my daily duties involved keeping three other staff members motivated and on task, handling customers, making sure that the company was running to its full potential. I also did a lot of photography in my time here, mainly event photography, but this help me to gain a lot of confidence when being put under pressure and knowing that there’s no margin for error. Working in small business environment like this one gave me an eye opener to how a business should be ran and maintained, it also put me in an situation where I was communicating with the general public everyday with gave me a massive boost on my general customer handling skills.
