KeyStage Recruitment Ltd was formed out of the need for a professional, local, education recruitment agency in Teesside to cover Stockton on Tees, Middlesbrough, Darlington, East Cleveland, Durham and surrounding areas. The company founders, having many years experience of the industry, looked into what is really needed in this niche market before starting the company. The key downfalls of competitor supply teaching agencies were poor quality security checks and bad customer service, so KeyStage Recruitment put these issues at the centre of our ethos, and we continuously strive to live by this promise.

We pride ourselves on paying qualified teachers to scale for their supply teaching work, and also our excellent teaching staff, who are committed to us due to our faultless payroll system and administration of wages.
