Resourcing Solutions was founded in September 1996 by Richard Lawrance who retains an active role as Chief Executive. In 15 years we have grown to become a global market leading specialist recruiter renowned for our ability to source scarce skills candidates in engineering and construction.
Richard comments; "I started Resourcing Solutions with the aim of setting up an environment where people who take a great sense of pride in performing to the best of their ability would want to work.
