From best practise, quality control, waste and resource and management. to oversee and impliment Health and Safety in conjunction with better working practises. to improve the companys Customer Service skills with audit trails for clients of a high Brand worth All 5 Star prestigious London Hotels . My primary role working in conjunction with the Operations Director and Mananging Director. Thereafter communicating with the staff the systems to be implimented to improve productivity, record and audit activity. These have been implimented by visual aids and simple SOPs that staff can follow for all aspects of the business. Records have been kept of production volumes, deliverance and performance criteria defined and then anayalised for sale to production ratios. I work closely with the Corinthia Hotel in relationship to its new stock and managing the replacement stock, audit history and data mining analysis of useage and life of stock. The improvements I have implimented have empowered them to undertsand their existing new stock levels and us to show the quality of service we provide by duration of stock in service. From the information we can show client cost savings in new stock and expected replacement schedules over 100 products. Communicating, training, educating staff of many nationalities, languages twenty two and religions from worldwide destinations of Company rules, Working Practices, First Aid and Health and Safety legislation. Man management of a multi-national work force and client base is a skill in itself. to understand how to discuss, communicate and present new processes, working tools, customer service to different global sectors is always an enjoyable and satisfying task. In augurated the first Night Shift system and team to increase productivity from October 2014. Productivity through put increased by over 7.5%.

Imposing Images Limited : October 1987 to December 2000 Lithographic Reproduction, Design and Printing Company At the end of the year 2000 I closed the company as a consequence of a divorce from my ex-wife Managing Director : Incorporated the company in 1986 as a repro house in the Litho Print Industry and grew the company to thirty staff in five years. With the advent of the digital age and Apple Macintoshes I made acquisitions of design and lithographic printing companies to maintain the business. The company was the sole supplier to Glaxo Welcome for all packaging design and reprographics worldwide for many years. We delivered product worldwide and this involved many logistical challenges. We had a trading partnership with FPP an Advertising Agency in Dubai and this involved me commuting bi-weekly to Dubai and working with regional Arab states and the logistics of the delivery of product. The business was based on marketing, design, exhibition design and build, reprographics and lithographic printing.
