I work full-time as a Senior administrator for this Private Medical company within a Corporate Health Suite in Deloitte LLP. As well as handling the day-to-day reception operations such as bookings, handling payments and organising medical screens that have a legislative impact for partners of the firm; I am also responsible for ensuring a high level of hygiene is maintained within the practice, liaising with the appropriate departments if any problems should arise in this area. I also order stock from various suppliers to accont for any deficient stock levels. I attend monthly meetings with the various service providers who provide clinical treatments ranging from Dentistry, Massage therapy and Chiropractic services and work in conjunction with a dedicated B2C team to improve marketability and increase the overall clout of each service provider, lending to increased client engagement.
