August 2009 - May 2011 : Carnival Bingo, Larne, Northern Ireland Customer Service Night-Shift I found this job to be very different from my previous employment, but enjoyable all the same. Although some of the customers could be difficult at times, I found the whole experience very enjoyable and challenging at the same time. My duties included : Issuing winnings to customers playing Roulette, up to thousands of pounds. Preparing light snacks and refreshments for patrons. Issuing change for use on gambling machines, including topping up change machines. Accounting for nightly takings and supplying associated paperwork to head-office. Resolving any problems with pay-outs or other issues as and when they arose. Opening and closing the premises at the start and end of my shifts.
