Although some of the customers could be difficult at times, I found the whole experience very enjoyable and challenging at the same time. My duties included : Issuing winnings to customers playing Roulette, up to thousands of pounds. Preparing light snacks and refreshments for patrons. Issuing change for use on gambling machines, including topping up change machines. Accounting for nightly takings and supplying associated paperwork to head-office.
