Project Manager member of the program responsible for the replacement of the technological platform of the corporation Porto Seguro.Responsible for project management of the integration team of financial services and supplies between the technology platform SAP and legacy system company.Main Activities
• Responsible for planning and controlling the schedule, provide the status report of the project, analyze requirements, estimating resources (people and infrastructure); manage changes in scope, plan the work plan, perform survey of project risks, establish a contingency plan and also the improvement planning process;n
• Identify and manage the expectations of stakeholders;• Analyze and track maintenance work on the system (corrective and preventive actions) and also nnegotiate with the client a maintenance window;• Analyze, evaluate and select suppliers using established tools and processes;n
